June 21, the summer solstice, was proposed by the UN Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, as International Yoga Day. Russia is one of the 177 members of the UN General Assembly that approved this idea.

Guests can take part in Indian cultural programs, try breathing exercises ,meditation & exercises to balance emotions and exercises to correct posture. the event is for everyone beginner and advance there will also be yoga for children, elderly & pregnant women.
